Join Lesie Purchase, MD as she guides you in a restorative morning of Cacao & Reiki. Ceremonial-grade cacao is a minimally processed chocolate product that retains the nutritious and psychoactive components of the plant. Unlike caffeine, which can cause jitteriness, theobromine, the main plant alkaloid in cacao, increases blood flow and lowers blood pressure for a truly heart-opening experience. We will sit in a circle and drink cacao together.
